Abstract XXIX, by which I mean it seems like it coalesced (or, indeed, is still in the process of coalescing (or perhaps refusing to coalesce)) out of probability. Some areas are soft and ambient, and then unexpectedly, where the conditions are just right and the subatomic particles align, sharp brushtroke textures appear, and just as soon vanish back into the soft focus. Finding anything solid here is like trying to pinpoint an electron on its path around an atom: we might be able to identify a wave structure, but we can never ignore those unruly wisps chaos all around it. (
