Oh my Lord! Wow, this looks awesome. 
What I actually love so much about this fractal are the colors. The brightness of the colors are never too intense and I love the clear, illuminated feel. I find it interesting that you use two colors that convey very different feelings and also to give a sense of depth. To me, the color blue here looks as if its more closer to the screen than the warm, honey colors which seems to be located further at the back. And there are also the more vibrant yellow and orange colors that I love which seems to flare somewhere in the distant background. 
Furthermore, I adore how you can use only one shape but in various forms. Like the biggest one stands out from the rest and it really grabs my attention. I like the warped spirals in the circle and also how you gave it some sort of reflection so that its surface looks smooth and glass-like. Compare that with the smaller circles, the smaller ones look less smooth and more faded into the background. And the way the circles are positioned makes them look almost frozen in time but also like they're slowly drifting at random places.
Truly amazing use of shapes, effects and colors. It has a lovely atmosphere and a delicately intricate designs and details. Just gorgeous.
